HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your item is sent with the post, we will give you a tracking number so that you can track your order.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on International orders.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
6€ national and 12€ In Europe. 15€ to the rest of the world.
We also offer express shipping.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Most of are items are made in our studio and may take a 1-3 wokring days after ordering. If its made on order it can take around 7 working days after order.
Orders in Spain with normal shipping take 2-5 days and with express shipping it takes 1-2 days.
International from 4-14 days. Express shipping within Europe takes 1-3 days to arrive.
Express shipping to the rest of the world can take 2- 7 days and sometimes it can get stuck in duties for some more extra days.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days after order on all items except jewelry. Please send us an email to info@holyrecycle.com if you would like to return an item.
We do not accept returns for our jewelry due to hygienic reasons. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Holy Recycle is not responsible for the item until it is returned. We suggest you to return it using with normal certifcate post, making sure you get a tracking number and the item is insured.
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging. We will return you the full amount of item excluding the shipping charges.
Delivery charges are only refundable when items are faulty.
Your refund can take up to 7-10 working days to be refunded.
We are happy to change your item for another one if you prefer just drop us a email!
